• Price INCLUDES processing fees / credit card fees

• Once you have added your package to your cart, you can choose to login to Paypal to make payment OR click 'check out' below the paypal login button, to pay directly with a credit card without having to log into paypal

• For those with an NZ bank account on the all inclusive package that want a $50 discount, you can do a direct bank transfer. Contact megan@ridingbc.com for the account number

CANCELLATION POLICY - TRIP CANCELLATION:

• By clicking and payment below you understand and agree to the following:

  • A refund of 75% is allowed up until Dec 1st, 2019

  • Your entry is non-refundable after Dec 1st, 2019 

  • We HIGHLY recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance through your travel insurance provider if its not covered under your credit card policy that you use to pay for your registration. This will enable you to make a claim with them to get your entry fee reimbursed if you have to cancel for any of the reasons that they cover

  • By paying for your registration for Trans NZ you understand that Trans NZ has the right to cancel any stages or days due to circumstances out of their control (eg weather and trail conditions) for the safety of all riders and volunteers involved
